Jarrod Sanborn

Jarrod Sanborn, Sr. Manager of Qualifications and Compliance, ensures that inspectors are qualified and experienced in the inspection functions they perform. When clients have unique or special requirements, he develops and administers training programs that meet these specific standards. Additionally, Jarrod serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for failure analysis, regulatory concerns, quality control, and process improvement in welding, inspection, and design of welded components. His expertise spans various API standards, 49 CFR 192 and 195, ASME, AWS, and ASNT.

Jarrod has been responsible for gap analysis, development of welding standards, and welding procedures. With over 30 years of experience in welding and inspection processes, including more than 20 years supporting regulated facilities such as pipelines (gathering, transmission, distribution, and in-service), storage, compression, processing, and bio-processing equipment, he brings extensive knowledge to his role. His training includes offerings from PRCI, API, AWS, HIWT, Alco-Tech, Lincoln, and The Ohio State University. He has been a Certified Welding Educator and a Certified Welding Inspector for over 20 years.
