Promotions of Chassi, Jacob, Jay, Kasey, Mandy, Melanie and Whitney.  

Applied is pleased to announce the promotion of Chassi Bumgardner to Lead Biller. Chassi brings extensive experience in customer service, communications and billing management to her position, along with several years of experience with Applied. During Chassi’s tenure here, she has frequently been recognized for outstanding services by our field inspectors and clients. These accomplishments from clients, field inspectors and our managers here internally are a true testament to Chassi’s dedication and commitment to Applied, Applied’s employees and our clients as well. 

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jacob Guin as our new Director of Operations. Jacob joined the company three years ago and has progressively advanced through more responsible positions in the Operations department, where he has played a key role in the growth and success of Applied. Prior to joining Applied, he held several positions with other service companies in our industry that focused primarily in the Safety & Operator Qualification sectors. His background and expertise in these areas helps him bring a heightened awareness to the Operations Department when handling issues in the field. His dedication and commitment have proven the rapid growth record he has achieved with the company. Jacob thus brings a wealth of experience to the Operations department, and we are excited about his new role at Applied. 

It is with great pleasure that we are announcing the promotion of Jay Nelson as Business Development Manager.
Jay has been in the Oil and Gas industry for over 13 years and has worked in various capacities including accounting and finance, management, operations, purchasing and inventory, and business development. Jay joined Applied in 2018 as a Regional Manager assisting with the Operations Department with the day to day responsibilities including contract management, project management, staffing opportunities and more. His comprehensive background in our industry has played a key role in his success and brings extensive expertise and experience to his new role.

Congratulations to Kasey Walker as she is taking on the role of Recruiting Manager! Kasey has always shown initiative in the performance of her duties, even going above and beyond what is expected of her in order to ensure that Operations’ busy, fast paced deadlines are met. Kasey has not only played a key role in the success of the Operations Department but her efforts can also be seen assisting other departments within the company as well. She has a great understanding of what our client’s needs are and is able to help link inspectors to projects that meet their credentials and preferences as well. We are confident that her dedicated success will continue in her new position as Recruiting Manager.

Applied is pleased to announce the promotion of Mandy Nelson from Lead Biller to Payroll Administrator. Mandy began her tenure with Applied as a Billing Clerk prior to being promoted to the Lead Biller position. Her knowledge of the company’s clients and company’s employees has helped empower her success with Applied and fully prepared her for this promotion. Working her way up from Billing Clerk to Lead Bill gave her a greater perspective of how to serve our clients and field employees. Mandy is proactive and takes immediate action to accomplish tasks that need to be done. Her attention to detail and overwhelming accuracy of payroll data entry will continue to be a valued asset to our payroll department to ensure all of our field employees are paid correctly and on time.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Melanie Dickerson to Director of Internal Operations. Melanie joined Applied Consultants in 2018 as our Office Manager and through her diligent dedication has moved into her new position overseeing all payroll, billing and HR responsibilities for our field employees. Her immense understanding of our client’s needs, coupled with her perseverance in accuracy of payroll and invoicing, has enabled her to continue her career growth with the company. Prior to joining Applied, Melanie held the positions of Operations Assistant and Accounting Manager in our industry. Melanie’s background in operations, accounting and employee management, gives her an overall understanding and ability to motivate her team that has led to her continued success at Applied.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Whitney Pope as new Human Resources Coordinator. Whitney has over four years of experience in HR related operations before joining Applied. Her previous experience in these areas of the industry along with her payroll experience truly have given her a better understanding of the importance this role has to offer. Whitney is currently pursuing higher education to further her career. Like her moto – “I always want to be better!”
